  • Source and acquire new customers and sell products for Individual life as per the target
  • Ensure collection of renewal contributions and business retention to match business & persistency targets
  • Adhere to Noor Takaful Individual Life DST sales process
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements in all areas of responsibility
  • Provide KYC for the clients as per the guidelines

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in front-line sales of Life Insurance products
  • Additional certification, CII / CISI / LOMA is recommended

Position: Assistant Manager - IT Business Solutions (Life System)

Job Description: Implement and maintain information technology initiatives pertaining to Life Takaful Department, to assist in the integration of the company’s internal processes and business requirements to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.


  • Lead the functionalities of IT Application division pertaining to Life Takaful Domain
  • Ensure IT initiatives, products and IT related application projects are implemented
  • Manage Database Administration and monitor the performance of the servers regularly
  • Ensure Application Administration and User Support
  • Ensure Backup Policy & Crisis Management are managed as per standards
  • Assist in preparation of preventive maintenance plans.
  • Support end-user services including Service desk and technical support services.
  • Provide creative inputs in evaluating solutions
  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system functionality

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer Sciences or equivalent
  • Additional certification, ALMI and Certification in Life Takaful Domain is an added advantage
  • Strong IT Technical knowledge especially in Oracle, Sql Server, Windows server etc.
  • Good knowledge of the Life Takaful industry and the statutory financial regulations applicable
  • Good understanding of IT practices, procedures, concepts and principals, especially those related to security and customer satisfaction
  • Proven working experience in building and maintaining Insurance solution systems
  • Thorough understanding of the latest technologies
  • Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
  • Good MS office skills
