This Plan is designed to supplement the Property Plans, it indemnifies losses like earning and expenses arise as a result of interruption of the business due to loss or damage to properties covered under the Material Damage Plan, The Plan covers:


  • Net profit

  • Standing charges, which are expenses that continue to exist like Rent, Motor expense, etc.

  • Increased cost of working, like Overtime, Rental of alternative premises or machinery etc.
