This Plan designed to protect Employers against employee’s “Death, Bodily Injury and illness” as a result of employer’s negligence in the course of employment in accordance with “Sharia’ Law or any other laws of UAE”
In addition, the plan covers associated costs such as “legal fees and costs” of defending the action.
The Plan is suitable for any organization having employees as defined in the Labour Law of UAE.
