Regional Manager – Abu Dhabi
Overall Position Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible for meeting direct sales revenue targets by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities
Major Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage and monitor operation and sales performance of the Region
- Set up sales target, plan, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target and profitability of the branch
- Lead, motivate and lead sales force to achieve sales target
- Ensure proper, accurate and timely submissions of all reports on sales
Selection Criteria:
- Degree holder in marketing, business management, insurance or other similar qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in managing sales team in insurance or takaful
- Sound knowledge of takaful/insurance products
- Strong organizational ability and good leadership skills
- Proven track record
Affinity Sales Manager
Overall Position Purpose:
The job holder will be directly responsible for developing deals via showrooms and managing the direct sales force.
Major Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales target on retail personal lines Takaful products.
- Develop relationship and sign up master deal with car showroom. Develop and deploy plans to increase Noor Takaful direct retail sales via affinity schemes.
- Recruit, manage, train, mentor and evaluate the Direct sales team and solve employee relations issues.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in insurance, takaful or finance.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic language is preferred.
- Must be able to deliver a persistent high performance.
