H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum is the younger brother of the late Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Along with his role as Chairman of the Board of Noor Islamic Bank, Sheikh Ahmed is the President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group. He embarked on his journey in the aviation industry in 1985 when he was appointed President of DCAA. At the same time the national carrier Emirates was also launched and he was appointed Chairman.

H.E. Hashim Al Dabal is the Executive Chairman of Dubai Properties, which is the Developer arm of the large Dubai Holding Group. In his role H.E. Al Dabal is responsible for setting the agenda for Dubai Properties. Previously, H.E. Al Dabal was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties, which came after he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Dubai Executive Office and TECOM (Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority). H.E. Al Dabal spent a great part of his career in the banking and financial sectors with Citibank UAE and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) as the Executive Director of UAE. H.E. Al Dabal started his professional career at Dubai Municipality as Development Section Head under the Licenses & Commercial Department.

Mr. Abdulla Ahmed Mohammed Al Habbai is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Engineers Office, a position he has occupied since 2005 when he was appointed by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the U.A.E. and Ruler of Dubai.

Mr. Al Habbai began his illustrious career with Dubai Municipality where in 1988 he served as the Head of Property Unit. Mr. Al Habbai was subsequently promoted to the position of Head of Survey Section in 2000. In 2004 he became the Assistant Director for the Planning and Survey Department.

Mr. Al Habbai currently serves as the Chairman of Meraas Holding and the Industrial & Investment Lands Committee, while he holds the position of President of Business Bay Affected Plots Compensation Board Committee.

A seasoned banker with over 26 years of extensive experience working with the leading financial institutions in the U.A.E., Mr. Hussain Al Qemzi now helms Noor Investment Group and its flagship entity Noor Islamic Bank as its Group CEO.

With proven expertise in corporate and consumer banking, he has proved his mettle in quality and operations control and strategic planning.

Prior to this Mr. Al Qemzi was the Chief Executive of Sharjah Islamic Bank and a former Board member of Dubai Financial Market (DFM), and Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX).

Mr. Al Qemzi also served as Chief Operating Officer of DIFC, and is credited with laying the ground for a World Class Financial Centre.

With more than 25 years of banking and insurance experience in senior and executive positions with commercial and investment banks in Bahrain and Kuwait, of which 15 years represents experience in Islamic investment banking, Dr. Ahmed is currently a Deputy Group CEO of Noor Islamic Bank and Noor Investment Group. Prior to joining NIB, he was Executive and Board Member of Investors Bank, Chairman and Managing Director of Takaful International and member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Bahrain Islamic Bank. He has also held Senior Executive positions in the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Al Baraka Investment Bank and International Investment Group. Dr. Ahmed has actively been part of many Boards in different fields such as Real Estate, Airline, Telecom, Banking and Insurance, in different markets. He was also elected to the Board of the Bahrain Bankers Society for two terms. Dr. Ahmed holds a PhD in Strategic Management (UK), MBA (Bahrain), MSc (UK) and BSc (Hons) (UK).
